Russian Tea
Nothing's better on a cold day, to
soothe a cold or the flu, I promise.
Hint -I blend the instant tea with the spices.
Mix some up today and enjoy with your best friend.
Russian Tea Recipe
2 cups instant tea (regular not lemon)
1 1/2 cups powdered lemonade
5 cups sugar
3 cups Tang
2 tsp cloves
3 tsp cinnamon
In a large bowl mix ingredients well and store in an airtight container.
Mix 4 tablespoons in a mug of hot water.
The history of how this delicious drink made with Tang (of all things) is named Russian Tea. Some believe the origin to come from a orange tea popular in Russia. I don't know how it came to be,
I just know it feels like home.
